Die! Radio Die!
I promised myself that I wouldn't live the radio on while I nodded off to sleep, and theirs a good reason why. They (BBC nyanyako!) were discussing the Jewish Genocide aka Holocaust. Now before you go getting your underwear in a knot, let me explain a couple of ground rules:
1) Hittler should have been aborted, the one time I would have condoned the practise. 'nuff said.
BACK to point at hand,
The Jewish Holocaust was to be remembered so that it was not repeated to any other nation or group of people. What of Rwanda? What of Sudan? Or is it the fact that our skins being dark are not worthy of saving? I'm just really disgusted with western media and ideas right now, and I'm too pissed (highly annoyed and nearly catatonic with exploding thoughts) to blog..... Catch me in a minute.

Stunuh these people think that our black a*** are only worthy covering and being educated when we are dying, kill each other thats when they can allocate an hour discussing on us..

They speak of black people dying in Africa and even on the streets of the US as lackadaisically as they would a passing storm then they gone on to their "top" story.
Because of the crimes the western world has done to Africa and Africans is so great, they are generally uncomfortable/guilty when talking about our problems no matter the continent. So they just do little stories to try and appease their guilt. We do not rely on them for the truth.

people need to realise that media in the west is owned by whites for whites.
how many black/hispanic females disappear/murdered? yet the only people who EVER get coverage are white, (mostly blond) females.

the crime of the west is that we ignore the violence. i wrote a series of poems on the Rwanda genocide & for some reason, while driving home, i wrote one about Sudan. i can't help but be moved. but america is not moved until you bring it to them raw, on the evening news. we are too consumed w/ brad & angelina, britney & her baby, to be concerned with REAL issues that affect us all.
it is sad, but i think it will be up to us, "the people" to bring about a change in Western conscious. keep blogging about it. make people mad. mention the jews if you have to, anything to bring attention to this horrible situation.
